Janeene is the management heart of OTL/CREST HOMES. She’s been committed to the company business since she was 8 years old filing, collating and organizing records and data. She worked for On The Level all the way through high school until she was awarded a basketball scholarship to the University of San Diego, later surfed her way through Australia and later played professional basketball for a season in England. In 2002 she returned for full-time employment.
